The Tour Elite Bag is heavy on features and utilities. This includes the standard for any pickleball bag, a big, strong hook for attaching to the fence along with a pocket for it to hideaway. If you ever have to leave your pickleball paddle in the car or play where it gets hot, the thermal lined paddle compartments protect your rackets from extreme heat. You will also appreciate the dozen or so different storage areas to keep even the biggest pack rat or pickleball gear junkie organized and ready to play. Bags Returns
Each item has a certain set of prerequisites that must all be met in order to return said item.
Must contain original tags.
Must be in the same condition as sold.
Regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a refund or exchange.
Sale items (discounted less than 40%) may be exchanged only for store credit or our gift card within 30 days.
No refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items (discounted 40% or more), water bottles, undergarments, worn or damaged product, opened massage devices and gift cards.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.
Primary product packaging (eg: shoe boxes) must be covered and protected during return shipping, otherwise the return may not be accepted.
